2. What we collect

Account details (name, email, phone), contacts you choose to sync, encrypted message metadata needed for delivery, payment records and device information.

3. Message content

End-to-end encrypted messages and calls cannot be read by us. Content in large public communities is processed only to deliver and moderate it.

4. How we use data

To run and secure the service, provide support, process payments and, with consent, send product updates. We do not sell data or run ads.

5. Your rights

You can export or delete your data and withdraw consent at any time by writing to support@akontec.com, in line with the DPDP Act 2023.
